We invest in people first. The earlier we meet, the better — even before you’re ready to raise.

When is it best to approach NXTP about a potential investment?+

It is never too early to get in touch, even if you are not ready to raise. We invest in people first and foremost, so the more we get to know each other, the better. We invest at every phase between a PowerPoint and a Series A. The best way to reach us is through a mutual contact, but a thoughtful email or LinkedIn message works just as well.

What types of businesses does NXTP typically invest in?+

We primarily invest in B2B companies at pre-seed and seed stage, usually becoming the first institutional check into the business. We also invest at Series A, though less frequently. Our typical seed check ranges from $500K to $3M and we like to lead or co-lead rounds; for Series A, the typical investment is $2–5M.

Does NXTP focus on specific sectors?+

Yes. We are a sector-specific, thesis-driven fund — not agnostic — focused on Cloud & SaaS, E-commerce Enablers, Fintech, B2B Marketplaces, and AI & data-driven businesses.
